Bubbly

"I don't like how my son is acting," Marcia told the doctor.

The doctor nodded.

"I want you to wipe his personality and give him a new one."

"I see. Write down everything you want as you tell me."

"I want him to to an exaggerated feminine personality. If I could describe his personality besides feminine, I want him to be very bubbly. Always smiling."

"I can do that. Can you describe him some more?"

"Yes, I want him to be socially minded. His thought process must revolve around his friends, all of whom are female, and social activities. He values his relationships and constantly thinks about ways to strengthen bonds and create memorable experiences with his cheer team and peers."

"Cheer team"

"Yeah, I want him to at like a cheerleader. Let's see what else. I want him to have an optimistic outlook. He should focus on the positives in every situation. Even when faced with challenges, he looks for the silver lining and finds ways to turn negatives into opportunities for growth or fun.

"OK, anything else?"

"Yeah, lots. I want him to be creative and imaginative. He has whimsical ideas about themes for cheerleading routines, costume designs, or team bonding activities. His imagination helps him come up with unique cheers or cheers that incorporate fun pop culture references.

Marcia's son stood frozen. He could hear everything that was being said, but couldn't move. It terrified him.

"Hmm mm."

"I want him goal-oriented. He is driven by goals, whether big or small, he often thinks about his performance in cheerleading, school, or social events. He might set targets for improving his routines, making new friends, or organizing events.

"That's a good start. How should he act? I mean besides bubbly."

"He'll be an energetic presence. He brings a lively vibe to every room he enters. His movements are often animated and very expressive, whether he’s cheering on the sidelines at a game or laughing with friends.

"A good start, continue..."

"He'll be supportive. He should be known for his encouragement and support of teammates and friends. Whether it’s cheering someone on during a competition or lending an ear for personal problems, he is there with an enthusiastic “You’ve got this!”

"What else?"

Certainly, he'll be playful and fun-loving. He'll enjoy often engaging in light-hearted teasing, games, or fun challenges with his friends, he is usually the one to propose spontaneous outings or activities, like movie nights or bake sales."

"...and?"

"Of course, he'll be fashion-forward. He takes pride in his appearance, often dressing in pretty, trendy, and vibrant outfits that reflect his cheerful personality. His cheerleading uniform might be adorned with fun accessories that showcase his individuality.

"Fine, fine, how should he speak?"

"His speech is often filled with a lively tempo, punctuated by exclamations and a variety of tones that highlight his excitement. He might say things like, “Oh my gosh, you guys!” or “That’s so amazing!”

"Slang and buzzwords?"

"He frequently uses contemporary slang, continually picking up popular phrases, abbreviations, and trend-related terms that resonate with his peers. Phrases like “lit,” “slay,” or “yasss queen!” should be regulars in his vocabulary to start."

"Anything else?"

"He'll tend to use positive affirmations and motivating phrases. For example, he might say, “We can totally crush this routine!” or “You looked fantastic out there! He should be a storyteller. When he gets excited, which happens often, about something, his storytelling is animated. He may exaggerate details to make stories more engaging and may even act out scenes while relating them, drawing his friends into his enthusiasm.”

"Any final thing?"

"Yeah, I want him to fall in and out of love with cute guys all the time. He can be fickle, obsessing for one guy, until another one comes along. But he should always have at least one guy that he is head-over-heels for."

"I got it."

"OK, I'll get started right away."

"One last thing, I don't want him to know he hasn't always been like this."

"Of course not. He'll think he's always been a bubbly cheerleader since the day he was born."

"Great."

"Come back in about in a couple of hours and he'll be a new person."

"OK, that'll give me time to get him a new wardrobe. At least a few good pieces to start with. See you then."

End.
